1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing digital templates and software products from SiteNests ("sitenests.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Digital Product Licensing

When you purchase a website template from SiteNests, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the product in accordance with your chosen license tier:

Regular License: Entitles you to use the item to create one single end product for yourself or for one client.
Extended License: Entitles you to create multiple end products or integrate the template within applications where end users may be charged.
Developer License: Entitles you to unlimited commercial deployments with full developer rights.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All template designs, graphics, source code, and documentation remain the proprietary intellectual property of SiteNests and its contributing creators. You may not re-distribute, sub-license, resell, or share digital packages on unauthorized file sharing platforms.

4. Refunds and Returns

Because digital templates are intangible goods that are irrevocably unlocked upon download, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as detailed in our Refund Policy for instances of verified technical defects that cannot be rectified by our support engineers.

5. Limitation of Liability

SiteNests provides its templates "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall SiteNests be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
